As John says it probably fits the who cares category.
My first overnight stay in Durango was during 1956 in connection with Rocky Mountain Railroad Club excursion.
I could not afford a room at the Strater so I stayed at another hotel a little farther up the street, the name of which I do not recall at present. Bathing facilities consisted of pitcher and bowl.
Still, fond memories.
