Missing California steam locomotives

Greetings:
I am working on a 2nd edition of "The Steam Locomotive Directory of North America" and need some help with two narrow gauge locomotives which are or (were) in California.

1) Vulcan Iron Works c/n 3258, a 3' gauge 0-4-0T owned by Mike Bayly located at Palcines, CA.

2) Orenstein & Koppel c/n 12792, a 60cm. gauge 0-4-0ST owned by G.A.Humann (South Shasta Lines) located at Gerber, CA.

Both of these fellows have been reported as deceased. I would appreciate help in determining the dates of their deaths, the current owners of these locomotives and their current locations.
