July 18 Durango extra 499 east Conductor Henry engineer Holt depart Durango 12:01 PM, Gato 20 minutes eat and water, Monero 15 minutes coal and water, arrive Cham 6:35 PM with 5 loads 36 empties

July 19 Chama extra 480 west to Durango, helper engine 484 light Durango to Gato, help extra 480 west to Mile Post 443

July 19 Chama extra 492 east with helper engine 499, make Cumbres turn and then to Alamosa, engine 499 light to Alamosa

Jul;y 20 Farmington Branch with engine 484, no other activity

July 21 No narrow gauge activity other than Silverton Branch

July 22 Durango extra 484 east conductor Blackstone (?) engineer Waterman, depart Durango 12:00 PM with 12 loads 24 empties, Gato 35 minutes eat and water, arrive Chama 7:10 PM with 12 loads 24empties

It appears the Windy Point photo is from July 23, 1963

July 23 Chama Cumbres turn extra 484 east with helper engine 488, depart Chama 10:35 AM with 12 loads 18 empties, set train out Cumbres, return to Chama

July 23 Chama to Alamosa 484 east with helper engine 488, depart Chama 4:25 PM with 8 loads 9 empties, loads included oil, at Cumbres cut helper engine 488 off which runs light to Alamosa

July 23 Chama to Durango extra 497 west, depart Chama 9:55 AM with 40(?) loads 1 empty, Gato eat and inspection, Carbon Jct switching, arrive Durango 5:30 PM with 3 loads 2 empties
