Thanks for posting the shot of #52. We have a crane tied down on the siding at ToM that lifts the plow off the north end of the engine.
The loco is then run past the crane, the crew spins the blade around and sets it on the south end of the engine. The process takes
about 15 minutes. I have a photo of the plow switching operation somewhere, will post if found.
