I do not have specifics about the program at the NPS site.

Three organizations, Southern Pacific Historical & Technical Society, Union Pacific Historical Society, and Railway & Locomotive Historical Society are all having annual conferences/meetings in Ogden. The groups appear to be going by charter buses to the Golden Spike National Historic Site on Saturday the 10th.
