...is already written. All Earl needs is an editor to go through all his threads here and perhaps on trainorders.com and decide how best to organized them and add some of his pix. And voila a fascinating and very readable book. Earl has done his part, now it is up to somebody to step forward to be the editor. Then Earl can start work on the sequel.
