The LGB mogul is certainly a generic model of the B-3-C locomotives of the Colorado & Southern, but with the addition of various detail parts and the removal of others, they can be made to look fairly close to the prototype. Below is my LGB model of #8. Changes to the original model have included the mounting of the snow plow to the front of the locomotive itself (instead of being attached to the pilot truck), installation of Ozark headlight, brass headlight brackets, as well as hook and chains for the butterfly plow.
