Here's a re-post of an Ernie Robart photo taken from the Chama coaling tower on 11/01/70 that shows the railroad-related warehouses across the tracks from the engine house:

Hopefully any non-historic but very much needed car-storage structures will be constructed well to the south of the depot, in the far background of the above photo.
Here's a second photo, this one taken by Tom Gildersleeve on 10/21/62, that shows the door and window on the south end of one of the warehouses:
