I'm guessing it's an Al Chione slide that Martin purchased for his collection many years ago, and I'm further guessing that it was taken on July 18, 1968, when #498 passed through Monero in the morning after several delays the day before – see my post at [
ngdiscussion.net] for details. Here's a slightly larger and more tightly cropped version of the first photo thereon, which also differs in that it has not been subjected to de-foamerization in PhotoShop Elements (note figure on pile of slag at lower left)

Note the angle of the shadow of the coal bin, and also the position of the counterweights of the loco's drivers, both of which appear to me to be the same as in the photo you posted above.
