Wow, good catch! I was looking at those photos yesterday but didn't notice the herald.

* Tri-Color "Royal Gorge" photos (September 20, 1936): OP-7751, OP-7752 & OP-7753
* Monochrome "Royal Gorge / Moffat Tunnel" photo (May 16, 1937): OP-7754

EDIT: Oh I see, #499 went monochrome with the updated Moffat Tunnel logo.
