Hi Scott,
Does the photo attached below work for you? I have others from a couple of other spots where our bus stopped, but I liked this one the best. Like some of the other folks, I have only begun to work on the stuff from last week's charter, and I'm about to hop on a plane for Oregon and another week of charters. When I get back, I'll be one busy guy, but I will definitely put together a Flickr Album from the 453/315 trip.
Question: I could definitely see some risk of damage in putting a K-36 on point with a C-18 as the road engine, but can you elaborate on what the issues are with having 315 as the helper leading? Also, does anyone know of any historic photos of a K-36 and a C-18 running together. The folks on the photo line definitely noted that this was one very unusual lash-up for sure.
