Bob Richardson often told the story of people coming to the Colorado RR Museum and asking him "Why don't you_____?" You fill in the blank. Bob's response was "How much are you going to donate to the project? Most of the time they just left and headed for Caboose Hobby Shop to spent lots of $$$ on their models. All of the groups doing historical restoration preservation are typically short of money and short of workers. I am 78 years old, on a fixed retired budget, with some physical limitations so I do what I can and give what I can. But I have stopped being critical of the efforts of others.
