In examining the many recent and excellent images of operations on the C&TS in the past months, it is strikingly obvious the line no longer "runs through the weeds."

The thought made me wonder how many ballast trains were run by the C&TS to ballast the entire line. It also made me wonder how many tons of ballast were used to complete the job.

If anyone knows the answers to those two questions, I'd love to know.
