Very cool. I love the old warbirds as well. I got to tour a B17 when it was at the local airport not long ago. I could barely fit. Gave me a new appreciation for what those guys did. I don't know how any of them managed to get out with as tight as it was. I did 12 years in aircraft maintenance (egress) before being medically retired. They decided that since I was missing parts and it was giving me trouble with my PT test, and that I couldn't go overseas anymore, they didn't need me anymore. They offered the retirement, and I said thank you bye bye... For NG content, my profile pic is me in the cab of the Eureka when I was TDY to Nellis for Red Flag many moons ago.
