WP&Y Installing Loop at the Summit

From posts on the NGDF Facebook group, it looks like the WP&Y is building a mile long loop on the Canadian side of the White Pass Summit along with a new siding a Boulder and an extension to to the Glacier siding. The post mentions it is part of upgrades to introduce hourly summit excursion departures next year. One photo shows a pair of Alcos on the point of a train of construction equipment being loaded at Fraser, BC destined for White Pass Summit and another photo of a pair of 60' x 13' construction camp trailers on flat cars already White Pass Summit.
