More flooding and new D&S shutdown

Heavy rain north of Durango this afternoon. Railroad and US 550 closed north of Hermosa. Two trains stranded at Rockwood. Power outages reported. Im sure Jerry Day will be along with details and updates when he gets a chance. Just doesn’t let up!
