RGS Caboose 0400

All,
I am in the process of building a Fn3 (1 ft = 15 mm) model of the RGS 0400 as it appeared around 1940 with sliver lettering and the marker light box on the cupola. Additionally, it had a roof walk extension at each roof ladder. Does anyone have dimensions or plans of these additions?
