For 70 some odd years, the Rocky Mountain Railroad Club's drumhead has graced the rear of the club's excursion trains over the likes of the Midland Terminal and the Rio Grande Southern. On June 30, veteran gondola 1020 had the honor of displaying the drumhead for the club's excursion from Como to Gunnison (or at least as far towards Gunnison as you can get by rail from Como)
Dave Schaaf and Nathan Holmes pose with the drumhead. Flatcar 6770 was serving as a workbench to change out the train name on the drumhead.
