C&TS #19 Update

For those of you who are fans of the Turbo Pineapple, I have great news. Get the cameras out, get ready to shoot. #19 should emerge from the Antonito Shop sometime over the weekend prior to the 4th of July. George made great progress last weekend, the installation of the traction motor is complete and the truck is re-installed under the locomotive. The fuel pump has been re-assembled and is installed. Saturday, we will reinstall the plumbing for the fuel pump. Then, I will replace the items I removed around the gauges in the cab, check to make sure it has all the anti-freeze it needs, and we'll be ready to fire up.
George had his wife with him, helping to do the fuel pump. She actually re-assembled it. I wasn't able to be down there, but it sounds as if they make a great team.
