That's one of Ernie Robart's photos that I scanned for him last month -

Per Ernie's notes on the envelope in which he sent the negs, the fireman on #476 for the break-in run to Lava that day (04/23/68) was Johnny Teem, but his reply to an e-mail asking him to identify the two men in the photo stated that it was Stanley Smith firing and Road Foreman of Engines Jim Pearce standing in the gangway.
