This disturbing thread got me thinking...

Are there any other cars out sitting somewhere that might receive the same treatment or fate?

Where are these cars located? How difficult could it be to compile a list of them and their locations?

Could the FOCTS approach these private owners about them if they haven't already?

Just curious and hopeful that this doesn't ever happen again.
