There is definitely a timing issue. A couple of days ago I was watching a switching move. The locomotive was in view on the north facing camera and the train was in view in the south facing camera. Because of the timing issue, when the train started to back up, the back of the train started moving before the engine started moving. Rather disconcerting and amusing at the same time.
