NG-16 Garratt restoration at Puffing Billy nearing completion

I love Garratt's, especially the South African NG-16's.

One of these has been widened to 30 inches by the Puffing Billy in Australia and the total rebuild is nearing completion. The latest news is a mid-2019 completion is the expected date for it to be finished or go into operation.
