Russ, I think its possible to go to Los Pinos in time when he chased it. Remember his last shot was at the 305 curve. That is easy to get in and out of since the road is right there next to the track, and its before Sublette. Its not near as far as Osier would be, to get back to the main highway, and head toward Cumbres. Remember also they stopped in Sublette presumably for Water(Or Osier, since they didn't stop at Los Pinos tank. Would they have split the engines for Cascade Creek Trestle, or are 2 K-28's permitted on that together?
Interesting series, and he sure got a lot between Antonito and 305 mp, thats for sure. My hats off to him for that chase!!!
