Two foot gauge locomotive wanted

Hi Everyone,
We are laying down some track here on our 18 mile ROW. Just wondering if anyone has a two foot gauge locomotive they would like to sell or lease to us.
Something diesel or gas powered would be good.
We have one but we are not crazy about it.
We are in upstate New York.
