Thanks! folios are a big help for measurements. I've already gotten the rough outline of the model (i got the frame constructed, along with the pilot, boiler and a rough version of the cab). I'm going low poly for now just because i want to model a rough representation of what the locomotive looks like; its just a little hobby modeling project, i don't think i will use the finished model for anything other than looking at or maybe importing it into a game engine so i can get a nice render of it.
