200 foot radius is about 29 degrees, which ought to work for such a locomotive given proper track construction and gauge widening in the sharpest parts of the curves. The ET&WNC owned a couple of moguls that had a 12-foot fixed wheelbase and those managed to get around something like a 32 degree curve on that line. Likewise, the class 45.5 ten-wheelers on the D&RG had a 12 foot fixed wheelbase and could manage a 30 degree curve, as could the consolidations whose fixed wheelbase wasn't much less. Long-term, accelerated flange wear might be something to watch out for.
