Mostly to the east of Lancaster on your inverted map of Pennsylvania. And there are others, closer to Narrow Gauge Country for you to consider:
Les Grandes Tetons mountains in N.W. Wyoming, for instance — roughly translated they were named 'The Big Boobies' by early day French Canadian trappers who were undoubtedly dreaming of home . . .
Also, IIRC, a couple of smaller hills near Antonito are – or were? – named 'Teat Mountain' and 'Mollie's Nipple' (the latter, SFAIK, having nothing to do with the N&W class M 4-8-0's – such as the subject of the beautiful photo in the root post of this thread – being nicknamed 'Mollies').
