There are a couple of new developments associated with the 168 fundraising efforts. The project has been designated as a Colorado Enperprise Zone so residents of the state can receive a 25% tax credit for donations made to rehabilitate the locomotive. In addition, a donor has established a challenge grant and will match every $168 donation made to the project.
