The Durango House only had smoke jacks in the front.

Salida was another "head in" round house.

There probably is a good reason the Alamosa and Salida houses were "head in". Perhaps because they were newer and designed to accommodate SG power too. the other hoses were built for much smaller engines than they accommodated later on. Perhaps the roof line in the rear was simply too short to head an engine in.
