My guess would be 96 since I have photos of 497 torn apart in the shop during May and also September of 95. In the September shot the pistons and valves are apart. In the may shot the smoke box is opened up but the valve covers are still in place.

The 492 had the same boxcars spotted directly behind it from 95 to 97.
