Floyd Cothran and the C&S #71

After Lindsey Ashby's Colorado Central was pulled track was laid on the Central city grade a third time. A major character in that effort was the man in the photo, Floyd Cothran. I only saw the #71 run a couple of times. 
Floyd was a good guy and very knowledgeable about locomotives. It would be great if the gon could make it to Como! JP
