I think they have that bit accounted for unless I have my groups mistaken. If memory serves this is the group that's associated with/friends with the individual(s) undertaking the new-build D&RG/RGS 4-4-0 that was nominally due to have been finished last year (presumably the standard sort of delays crept in). I seem to recollect they also have a working railcar. As such the track-laying seems obvious and they'll no doubt appreciate having some space to run their equipment.
