Mr. Knieb,
The out put of the shop will determine the number of locomotives that are available. Efforts to raise funds for locomotive rebuilding can be also be greatly helped or hurt by the shop output. It is interesting to note that the D&S has had several locomotives available during this transition from one code to other.
