A clean out find

I recently became separated so have been slowly moving my train memorabilia that had been banished to the shed by my ex back to where it all belongs, the house. One of my finds that I had long forgotten about was this framed picture, I think I bought it in about 1980, so my interest in Colorado narrow gauge goes back further than I thought.
Would the photo have been taken in the DRG&W era or early C&T era? I presume it is Cresco tank.
