New signal in South Columbia, NY

We put up a US&S semaphore up in our South Columbia yard this year. I thought the group would get a kick out of seeing it. The signal came from the Erie RR Cleveland subdivision. We have a bunch of 30Lb rail and ties to get going on a 2' narrow gauge operation. It's a big project but we do own the former Lackawanna RR Richfield Springs ROW that is 18.5 miles long so some of the heavy lifting is done.
