Actually, this could be historically plausible...
In 1915 the F&CC sold a bunch of boxcars to the N-C-O.
About 21 of those cars were sold to the NCNG.
According to the Colorado Rail Annual No.13, p.171 “Some of these cars reportedly found their way to the US Navy at Pearl Harbor.”
It’s highly unlikely a F&CC paint scheme survived through all that, but F&CC cars were certainly at Pearl Harbor.
