NG Climax in the mail!!

Today I get an envelope of 6 pics from a customer of mine that show a narrow gauge Climx (#3) in South Carolina. It is on display with 2 log cars, and get this, an American Log Loader. Appears to be 3 foot, and along a path in the woods, at The Cradle of Forestry in Brevard,S.C.
Anyone familiar with this stuff. I checked Steam Locomotive.com, and its not listed there.
Builder number is 1323.
My customer lives in S.C. and wishfully wants it to run again. So was thinking maybe there was someone out there who might want to make inquiries about this interesting little train! Looks to be in decent shape,especially the loader which is freshly painted. I imagine it is steam as welll, from the chimney on the back.
Would be interested to hear more about this.
