NNG- Valley RR in the Snow

I finally got to check off another one from the list of missing shots. VRR (VALE) No 40 running in the falling snow. A bunch of things have to come together to get this to work. Has to be a weekend, they only run days on weekends. Has to be between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Finally has to be snowing, but not so much that the roads are bad. In the past only NH 3025 ran days but this year they expanded operations to include both steamers during the day.
