Stock Car Dimensions?

I'm interested in early wood stock cars on the D&RGW. I have found inside dimensions for the 10000-10099 and 10100-10199 series of cars. I haven't been able to determine any other dimensions. I'm primarily interested in the width of the doors and on the inside height. Does anyone here know what these dimensions were? What other sources should I condult for answers? Thanks, Andy
