A boiler, and a tender. Not much else. The domes and bell are the same, but you can see a new smokebox, new stack, new auxiliary turret, new turret, new cylinders and saddle, frame... A repurposed boiler. The tender was definitely "converted," as it were, by putting in new axles with 3' wheel spacing. The locomotives were almost all new construction.
