My guess is they are both small standard gauge cars. The Chama car has a notch in the end fascia board where an end door would have located. Reefers don't have them. the car body at Sublette has poling pockets cast into the corner braces.
The reefer body near the depot is an actual 40' ng car and was "owned" by an engineer (Benny Hindelang?) and was used as his home away from home in Chama. It used to be down behind the roundhouse where the present engine shop is. There were several shanties down there made from old car bodies where the enginemen could camp out when laying over in Chama. The reefer was the only one deemed worthy of saving when the new shop was created.
