I believe parts (pilot?) of 169 were still at the wreck site as mentioned by Earl as I recall.
Maybe just make train #115 run one hour late to Cumbres instead of having two different time points as the difference in ten (10) minutes is hard to justify given the resulting confusion. Thus:
Original:
"No. 115 Eng. 169 run one 1 hour late Lava to Osier fifty 50 mins late Osier to Cumbres"
Simplified:
"No. 115 Eng. 169 run one 1 hour late Lava to Cumbres"
