Notice that the box door gets ripped off at :45 sec's and falls onto the Lorry startling the driver who briefly attempted to recuse his Lorry: another boxcart door was yanked open at :56 seconds.

One of the Driver's from my first Depot back when he was a Fireman was in the loop crossing another freight, his cab front door got impaled by shifted Timbers overhanging from a flat. Lucky for him, his Enginedriver switched the headlight on to bright just as the train approached, giving enough time to vacate his seat smartly, a difficult thing to do when you're in the broken fireman position.
