About a month ago Rick P. noticed that my aerial maps were no longer working and it was due to the map control provider retiring the older control that I had been using. I spent a little bit of time converting one of the maps to the new control and a sample can be found at the link below if anyone would like to test it out. ~~I'm still having issues with the clickable squares on the map bringing up randomly sized picture boxes but the main route should display fine.~~

Edit: The random image width seems to be fixed now.
