Found two pieces of 30 pound rail on a piece of property along Abernathy Creek, a few miles west of Longview, Washington. A local told me there had been a narrow gauge railroad up the creek to the woods back in the day, but he had no details. I am totally unfamiliar with Washington RR's and couldn't find anything about a narrow gauge in the area with just a quick search online. Anybody have any info? Could this have been a Long-Bell standard gauge RR spur?
