another tender mystery

Any one notice the warning on the upper water leg of 493 's tender. This is a warning on the use of the waterbags. Sure would like to know the complete text. John Coker informed me it had to do with the waterbags used on the engines but did not know the text. these warnings are seen on engines in use in Gunnison and Montrose. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Mark C in Maryland
