After looking at the attachment I can see how mistakes were made by train crews. The author should have been a doctor. When I rode the RDCs on Vancouver Island they had just started verbal Track Warrants. I was in the cab with a Brit Conductor, a Scot "Driver", a man from India ahead on a speeder stating his Mileposts and the Dispatcher was Canadian, A. I was amazed they were all sort of speaking the same language.
