The culvert has been installed and stilling basins set at each end. There's about 20" of fill on top of the pipe with rock retainers at the ends. More fill will be brought to site in two weeks as there's no available material in the area. The next (smaller) culvert on the grade, north of the first site should go in on Saturday, Sept. 9th, weather permitting.
