SFAIK, the root post was in reference to further damage at The Palisades on the DSP&P, as reported here on the NGDF several months ago (see [ngdiscussion.net] et seq, including photos at [ngdiscussion.net].) I assumed Mr. West was attempting to pull a few legs with his reference to Palisade, NV., so I posted a photo of the Colorado location – which is a LONG way EAST of the Nevada location with a similar name (and which was also once upon a time host to rails spaced three feet apart) – in a naive effort to ease the confusion through clarification the situation.*

* By means of said posting of a photo, which, most of the time – but apparently not in this case – is supposed to be worth 1,000 words.
p.s. SFAIK, yodeling has not been outlawed at either location – although IMHO – considering those involved here – it probably should be.
